For those you who don’t know already, Trey Canard crashed hard during the second 450 moto while attempting to scrub a downhill jump today at Washougal. The race was red flagged because Canard was down for so long. Trey complained of pain in his left thigh which means it is likely (although not confirmed) he has re-injured his left femur. This is bad news for all fans of the number 41, we’ll keep you posted on his status, as soon as were fed more information.
Update: American Honda Manager Eric Kehoe has confirmed a femur injury. Not sure how severe just yet. Stay tuned.
It was an uphill jump to a flat at the beginning of horsepower hill. It was a hard crash. Our prayers will be with him.
